The Black Resilience Network (BRN) has supported thousands of residents in communities through the United States. From Massachusetts to California, we have partnered with Black organizers and organizations on the ground before disasters through Community Hubs and after disasters through the BRN EOC.
2026 represents 500 years of African Americans fighting for their freedom in the U.S.; the same year the U.S. is celebrating 250 years of independence. In honor of this and communities' continued demonstration of resilience despite ongoing threats to freedom, we started the Rooted in Resilience series.
Become part of collective care, action, and impact in Black communities. Join organizers, nonprofits, purpose-driven businesses, researchers, and public servants who collaborate on supporting each other and communities across the U.S. We plan and organize monthly, collaborate regularly, and collectively care and act always.
